Discipline: Daily Challenges is an app that delivers one challenge per day across categories such as Fitness, Mindfulness, Productivity, and more. You track your streak, complete challenges, and build discipline. Discipline is developed and operated by Baransel Arslan ("we", "us", or "our").
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with the Service and for all activities that occur under your account.

The Service offers Discipline Premium, a subscription that unlocks Medium and Hard challenges, premium-only challenges, unlimited skips, and Streak Freeze. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store, and Apple's terms and refund policies apply.
The Service and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, apps, or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of those services is at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app or discontinuing its use.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, or that it will meet your specific needs or expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
In any case, our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the use of the Service in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
