These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GymDose mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About GymDose

GymDose is a tool that helps you track your supplement intake and build consistent habits. GymDose is developed and operated by Baransel Arslan ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Health & Medical Disclaimer

GymDose does not provide medical advice.

• The Service is intended for general informational and tracking purposes only.
• The Service does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
• Always consult a doctor or qualified health professional before starting any supplement, diet, or fitness program.
• Never ignore professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in the app.

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the app or any related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service in a way that may harm, overload, or impair our servers or networks.

5. Accounts & Data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with the Service and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Purchases & Payments

The Service may offer optional paid features, such as a premium upgrade or one-time purchases. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or other platform providers, and their terms and refund policies apply.

• Prices and available features may change over time, but any changes will not affect purchases you have already completed.
• We do not have access to your full payment information (such as your card number); this is handled securely by the platform provider.

In any case, our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the use of the Service in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
