Days Without is a habit tracking and streak counting app. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.
Days Without is a motivational tool, not a medical device or a substitute for professional care. Content in the app — including coping strategies, breathing exercises, statistics, and quotes — is provided for general informational and motivational purposes only. If you are dealing with addiction, withdrawal, or a condition that affects your health (such as quitting alcohol after heavy use), consult a qualified healthcare professional. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.
The free version supports up to 3 habits and is funded by advertising served through Google AdMob. Ads may require an internet connection; all core tracking features work offline.
The premium upgrade is a one-time purchase — not a subscription — processed by Google Play Billing. It unlocks unlimited habits, all themes, advanced statistics, and removes ads. Prices are shown in the store before purchase and may vary by region. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.
All data you enter is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for creating backups if you want to preserve your data across devices or reinstalls. We are not able to recover data lost through uninstalling the app, device failure, or a missing backup file. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our name, logo, or branding.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that streak counts, statistics, or savings estimates will be accurate in all circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. When Terms change, the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's country of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
