These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Litru mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About Litru

Litru shows live fuel prices and gas-station locations in Romania, with map, search, route planning and price tools. Litru is developed and operated by Baransel Arslan ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Price Information & Accuracy Disclaimer

Prices in Litru are informational and may be inaccurate.

• Station and price data is aggregated from publicly available information published by the Romanian Competition Council (Consiliul Concurenței).
• Prices may be delayed, incomplete, or different from the actual price at the station. Always confirm the price at the pump before fuelling.
• Distances, routes and "cheapest" results are estimates provided for convenience and should not be your only basis for driving decisions.
• Always drive responsibly and follow local traffic laws; do not operate the app while driving.

4. Use of the Service

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise access the source code or data of the app or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Service, or overload our servers or networks.

5. Purchases & Payments

Litru is free to use and supported by ads. It offers a single optional one-time purchase ("Remove Ads"). Payments are processed through the Apple App Store, and Apple's terms and refund policies apply.

• Prices and available features may change over time, but changes will not affect purchases you have already completed.
• We do not have access to your full payment information; it is handled securely by Apple.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content, features, and functionality (text, graphics, logos, icons, and software) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Map data is provided by OpenStreetMap contributors and MapTiler; fuel-price data originates from the Romanian Competition Council. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party services (advertising, payments, maps, routing). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services. Your use of them is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or accurate.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service — including reliance on any price or route shown.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Service in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
